ABOUT DECSA

WHAT IS DECSA

DECSA is  an UNIQUE service delivered by TARSISTAX under the CMS - Compliance Monitoring Solution umbrella.

CMS was registered in 2023, after recognising that most all organisations are facing difficulty in determining and managing the KEY  ASPECTS within their  SCOPE OF WORK.

DECSA is a detailed analysis of an organisation's management protocols, aimed at finding the GAPS  which hinders the sustained compliance to regulations and prevents the implementation of a successful CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT  PLAN (CIP)

DECSA: Business Model and Compliance Assessment

DECSA evaluates an organization’s current business model and work practices against existing regulatory requirements. It identifies areas where performance falls below industry-recognized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides insights for improvement.

D – Discipline

When analyzing an organization, understanding the industry-specific discipline is crucial.
For example, sectors such as Aviation, Mining, Construction, and Oil & Gas Production each have their own regulations, in addition to local occupational health, safety, and environmental laws.

To ensure compliance, we use legal registers and may incorporate relevant industry standards such as BARS, OGP, and JIG, where applicable.

E – Elements

A typical organization consists of the following key elements:

C – Compliance (PDCA)

Our structured approach is designed to minimize disruptions to daily operations while evaluating compliance with the ISO 9000 PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) protocol.

During the assessment, we analyze internal business elements to determine how workflows are:
Planned
Executed (Done)
Controlled
Assessed

S – Sustainability

By identifying gaps in the PDCA cycle, we pinpoint areas that hinder business continuity, succession planning, and process sustainability.

A – Analysis & Assessment

The final step of the DECSA process is delivering a detailed report with recommendations for risk mitigation and observations aimed at eliminating those obstacles that are  preventing the achievement of your Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP).

Going Forward

To initiate the DECSA process, your organization should have the following documented and implemented:
Organizational Chart (Organogram)
Personnel Job Descriptions aligned with an Operations Manual
Master Documentation List
Safety System
Quality System
